Flying Elephant Theatre creates original musicals that awaken the imagination and speak to the soul. We tell stories that meet children and families where they are, gently exploring the big questions that live in small hearts. Our work is filled with wonder, but rooted in truth, always inviting audiences to feel deeply and return home with something new.
Founded in 2020 by writer and composer Benji Riggs, Flying Elephant Theatre is devoted to creating theatre that inspires, comforts, and connects. Each production is shaped by music, story, and care, offering children a space to laugh, reflect, and feel seen. Whether through starlit journeys, magical creatures, or curious experiments, we believe in stories that help people feel a little less alone.
We do not make shows for spectacle. We make them to stir something lasting. Our musicals honour the imagination of children and the quiet strength of families, drawing audiences together in a shared moment of joy, healing, and hope.
